  • I had effects of severe trauma (due to early-life incidents and home environment)- Depression, Low self-esteem, Unable to trust other people, and difficulty forming close relationships. At the root of my problems lay an inability to like or love myself. I guess that I wanted to rid myself of the deep-seated effects of the many difficult and traumatic experiences that I have endured in my life, especially in my teenage years. As a result of our sessions together, I have come to the conclusion that I am actually a rather nice guy.
